Choose the type, add photos and video, and mark the home on the map. If your identity is verified, the listing goes live right away; otherwise it goes live after review. Follow its status in “My listings”.

New housing projects, and listings from publishers who had a listing rejected or taken down in the last 30 days, are still reviewed first. The platform only verifies the publisher’s identity; it does not guarantee ownership of the property or the outcome of a deal.

Who is Bosaga for?

For people who want to buy or rent a home in Kazakhstan, and for those who want to list their apartment, house, land plot or commercial property.

What do I need to post a listing?

Sign in with your phone number and choose the listing type. Without identity verification you can keep 3 active listings at a time, with verification — 20.

Is identity verification required?

No, verification is voluntary and free. It is only required to post new housing projects. The check usually takes 1–3 working days.

Does Bosaga take part in deals?

No. Bosaga is an information platform: you look at a home and contact the publisher directly. A deal is made by agreement between the parties.

When can I download the app?

The links on this page will open once the app is published on the App Store and Google Play. For now they are marked “Coming soon”.
